TERMS AND CONDITIONS



 1. Service Overview


CnK Autocare Concierge (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides vehicle pickup, service oversight, and delivery services (“Concierge Services”) to clients (“you”, “your”) within Nairobi and surrounding areas. 


Services are conducted in collaboration with vetted partner garages and service providers.



2. Service Booking & Confirmation


All service bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, email, or through our website. Booking slots are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule pickups or deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, garage delays, etc.).



3. Pickup & Delivery Policy


Vehicle pickup and delivery are offered within Nairobi Metropolitan. The client must ensure the vehicle is accessible, fuelled and available for pickup at the agreed 

time and location. We will conduct a basic pre-pickup inspection (photos/videos) for documentation. We will not be liable for any undisclosed pre-existing damages.



4. Service Oversight & Approvals


We will oversee the vehicle’s service at trusted partner garages or your preferred mechanic. A full inspection report and estimated costs will be shared with you before any repairs commence. No additional repairs will be undertaken without your approval. We ensure transparency but will not be liable for mechanical faults beyond oversight capacity.



5. Payment Terms   


Charges (including pickup, oversight, delivery, and garage fees) must be settled upon service completion or as agreed based on requirements. Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash and an official CnK Autocare Receipt issued once payment is done. Any third-party garage charges are payable directly or through us, as agreed.



6. Discounts & Promotions


Promotional offers apply only to service oversight and concierge fees, unless specified. Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing offers and are valid only for the promotional period indicated at the time of the offer.



7. Liability & Insurance


We exercise utmost care during pickup, service, and delivery. However, we are is not responsible for:


  -  Mechanical failures outside service scope.

  -  Theft, accidents, or damages arising from third-party garages. 

  -  Items left inside the vehicle.


Clients are advised to remove personal belongings before pickup. Vehicles must have valid insurance and roadworthiness compliance.



8. Cancellation & Rescheduling


Clients may cancel or reschedule pickups with at least 24-hour notice. Last-minute cancellations may attract a service fee



9. Data Privacy     


We will collect necessary client information for service coordination. All personal information will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, 

except for operational purposes.



10. Amendments     


CnK Autocare Concierge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.


Updated terms will be communicated through official channels.



11. Legal

All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Kenya law.
